Monday Night Net

In the following script, instructions are generally in italic. Bold is used for emphasis. Plain text is a suggestion regarding what you should say.

Open the net with callsign and announcement.

Listen to insure that there are no emergencies blocking the use of the repeater. If not, please proceed.

Good evening this is _____________, net control station for the Boca Raton Amateur Radio Assn Monday night net. This net meets every Monday evening at 7:30 PM local time on the BRARA 2M repeater 145.29MHZ. There is no CTCSS tone. All amateurs are invited to participate in this net. This is a directed net. Please ask net control permission before calling a station other than net control.
